We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Mila suit. Our size guide is the first place to get more information on the sizing and fit of our suits. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Additionally, we give information on model fit on each product page.

We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to try on our suits! We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. While we primarily operate online, we are looking forward to organizing pop-up events, starting with the Vancouver, Canada area, where you can try on our swimwear. These events provide a great opportunity for you to see and feel the quality of our products and ensure the right fit.

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to make changes to your order. We strive to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability. Here’s our policy regarding order changes and cancellations:

Order Changes: If you need to modify your order, such as updating the size, colour, or style, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you, but please note that changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our support team promptly. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and provide a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

We encourage you to review your order details carefully before finalizing the purchase to ensure accuracy. If you have any further questions or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We’re here to help make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

Currently, we offer shipping services exclusively within Canada. However, we’re actively working towards expanding our shipping options to reach customers worldwide.

Yes, we offer a local pick-up option for shoppers in the Vancouver area! If you prefer to save on shipping costs and conveniently pick up your order, you can select the local pick-up option during the checkout process. Note that our local pick-up spot is located in North Vancouver, BC.

  2. Select local pick-up during the checkout process
  3. Complete your order
  4. Wait for pick-up instructions via an email confirmation
  5. Pick up your order at our designated pick up location
